Located on the East End of the Village, this Magellan golf front home is a great spot for the whole family and is in a great location. Balboa Beach and Sunset Grill Restaurant is only 1.3 miles away. Centrally located close to most of the golf courses. This two- story house offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Upstairs, you have the master bedroom with a King sized bed, First guest bedroom with a King sized bed, Second guest bedroom with a King sized bed, and a Third guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds. There are 2 full baths on the main level, one is in the master bedroom.
Downstairs you will find a second living room area with a Queen sized futon andflatscreen TV hanging up. There is a kitchenette featuring counter space and seating with a microwave and mini fridge. The 3rd and final full bath is located downstairs.
*There is no usage of garage at this property, you can park anywhere in the driveway. No street parking allowed.
