Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store. Items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, pack n’ plays or toddler cots, bottled water packs, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on the store and will be waiting in the home upon your arrival. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund. Booking fees and Credit card fees are nonrefundable.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
