Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The chocolates and wine were a nice welcome treat.

Negative: When we arrived we didn’t not have the key fob in the room. When we called the manager it was difficult to get a response back. There needs to be a better process for late check ins. We received a one time code which worked but once entering we did not have a key fob. The pillows were thin, there was one hanger in the closet, we found the hairdryer in the kitchen by the pots and pans, there was 1 keurig pod in with the pans and we couldn’t reach the dishes that were stored above the microwave. The apartment seemed like it was “cleaned” at the last minute and things were thrown in the cupboards. We constantly heard the toilet from the neighboring apartments and there was a party that in the sports bar that kept us up until past midnight.

Summary: Nice apartment but is noisy and lacks essentials to make it comfotable .
