Just 3 blocks (0.53mi) from a beautiful bay beach, and 15 minutes from downtown Cape May and the Coast Guard base. My home has a HUGE fenced in yard for kids and dogs.
Located on the main road (Bayshore) running through Cape May county, getting anywhere is easy and quick. Cape May Brewing Co. is just 5 minutes from the house, and lots of other breweries and wineries are just 10-15 minutes away. Ocean beaches are just 15-20 minutes away. Some of the best birding and fishing is right up the street.
My home was fully renovated in 2021.
NO SMOKING. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker or vaper, this is not the beach house to rent.
***Please note that the middle bedroom is the access point from the back bedroom to the rest of the house. This is great for families with small children, but may not be appropriate for all guests.
The 3-season sunporch is wonderful on warm days with louvered windows to let the breeze through while hanging out with the family on the big L-shaped comfy couch. In cooler weather, cozy up by the fireplace and watch a movie on the large smart tv.
When you get back from the beach, or just need to cool off while looking at the gorgeous Cape May sky, rinse off in the outdoor shower in the rock garden.
Super fast wifi internet is included as well as beach chairs, a kid/pet gate, pet water & food bowls, water pitcher with filter, and access to the washer/dryer.
I provide bed linens and bath towels for the number of guests listed in the booking. Please bring your own beach towels.
PET FEE: There is a $100 pet fee that covers up to 2 dogs for the extra cleaning my crew does to keep the cottage fresh and clean after a dog stay.
