Deck with grill and a fire pit are set up for outdoor enjoyment, dining, and s'mores for days. Sleeps up to 10, which is perfect for one or more families. Multiple amenities located within the community will keep everyone busy. Multiple tourist attractions located within driving distance.
This Gold Star, gated community offers 2 lakes, 4 beaches, 3 pools, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball, playgrounds, fitness center, outdoor pavilions/grilling areas, horse shoe pits, bocce area, shuffle board, boat/paddle board rental, and a spectacular community lodge. Grand lodge is complete with reception/entertainment area, outdoor eating area, gym, craft room, library, media room, billiards, and so much more. The main banquet hall features dramatic, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, commercial grade kitchen, dance area, and spectacular view of the lake. The library has a media room with large screen tv, game room, and hardwood floors. A game room with ping pong and air hockey is located under the Welcome Center. Plenty of things to do nearby... at Camelbeach, Camelback, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Kalahari, Knoebel's, Mt Airy Casino, the Crossings Outlets, charming village of Jim Thorpe, and Bushkill Falls [the Niagara of Pennsylvania]. Close whitewater rafting, tubing, golfing, paintball, minigolf, hiking, and skiing. Conveniently located minutes from 940,115, I-80, and the PA Turnpike.
No cats, may be willing to consider dog for extra. Linens and toilet paper are included. Bring your own towels. ****Arrowhead Lake is a gated community with 24 hour security. Renters are required by the association to pay a gate card fee of $15.00 PER CAR and a temporary membership wristband fee of $35 PER PERSON per week age 12 and older in peak season, pro-rated per day if less than one week. In the off season, fee is 2$ per person per day for temporary membership wristbands. Community charges temporary membership fee from renters (12 years and older). Wristbands are mandatory year around. As of 1/1/2020 Arrowhead Lake Community Association charges a $20 renter paperwork transaction fee to renters and a $25 late processing fee if paperwork is not submitted 3 days prior to arrival.
