The Space:
This is mainly a single-level home. All rooms are on the main level, however the laundry is in the basement. In this unit, you'll find a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds.
Guest Access:
This home is a duplex, so there is a separate rental unit in the basement. You have access to the entire unit on the main floor. The washer and dryer are located in a shared space. Guests in both units have access to the laundry room, but do NOT have access to the other rental unit.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are very close to Sam's Club, Walmart, Hy-Vee grocery store, Waveland Golf Course, Target, and Merle Hay Mall.
Getting Around:
We are very centrally located! You can get to Downtown Des Moines or Jordan Creek Town Center in West Des Moines within 15 minutes.
