Summary: Had a room reserved. Got here and had to wait 15 minutes to check in pushed the ring button and even called the front desk still now answer . I then starting calling out and a man finally came out . You can tell he just woke up . He was sleeping. Took us waiting for over 15 mins in the lobby to check in. The room had hair all over the bathroom floor and tub, the bed has stuff all over the bed ruffle (food ). Floors can be vacuumed better.
