The living room has a large flat-screen cable TV with a PlayStation 4 and comfortable couch seating. The living area also has sliding glass doors out to the screened-in balcony. The dining space is just off the living area with seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals together.
The two bedrooms have everything you will need for a restful night of sleep. The kid's room features two full-size beds perfect for princesses. The kid's bedroom has its own flatscreen TV so the kids can enjoy their own space. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and plenty of vanity space to get ready! Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
