This home was custom built in 2006. You will be staying surrounded by crop fields and trees in a 3400 sq ft home. This is strictly set up for short term guests. The views are stunning!
We have created a space to make you and your family feel a bit "off the grid". We do not have electronic devices in the home. There is no tv, no Alexa, no stereos. We do have internet service, to ensure you are still able to feel connected if needed. It is our goal for families to come and relax, without all of the technology we are all so burdened by.
Expect to see lots of wildlife, especially deer come right up to the fenced in yard. The road is a stone road, it is not a paved road, which really enhances the feeling of getting off the grid.
There is a 2 car garage, a oversized back deck which wraps around the home, a separate deck off the main floor bedroom, a unique NY Yankee themed family entertainment room, a wine cellar, breath taking views from the windows that over parts of Canandaigua Lake, depending on the season. We currently have 3 bedrooms. We have added a queen size futon to the downstairs area, as well as a extra bed. We can sleep 10 with the beds. We have air mattresses, and the bean bag which unzips and turns into a bed.
We do have a propane heater on the porch, if you wish to sit outside in the cooler weather. We also have a fire pit just outside the fenced in area.
We do have wood for the fire pit in the outbuilding near the fire pit. There are chairs in that small shed to sit around the fire.
And there is a extra propane tank for the grill in the rear left of the garage.
We just added a soft sided hot tub on the deck. it is moved into a private area in heated garage during winter. Please make sure that the cover is on when you are not using it. Please do not adjust the temperature. We are not responsible for children near the hot tub. Please do not leave children unattended on the deck, near the hot tub. There is a skimmer, towels, and other items for hot tub in a tote in close proximity to hot tub.
We are close to Lincoln Hill Farms. CMAC. Many wineries and breweries are within 30 minutes. And many fall activities are close by.
