Lots of privacy on 5.5 acres with 275' of beachfront with dock and changing shed. Two miles south of Taughannock Falls State Park and located on the Cayuga Wine Trail but only 10 minutes from Ithaca, NY, 20 minutes to Cornell University and Ithaca College. One king bed master bedroom, 3 queen bed bedrooms, 2 sofa beds and one double futon in the queen bedrooms on lower level. A 65" UltraHD TV is in the living room and 50" HDTVs is in each of two bedrooms. A den with a queen sofa bed can serve as a 5th bedroom. Paved driveway to the door. Very private at the house and on the beach.
