Private spacious guest suite featuring a spa like bathroom in a Historic Brick Italianate on Main Street. Located in the Historic District of Canandaigua within walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, craft breweries, coffee shops, galleries, Sonnenberg Gardens and the Canandaigua Lake shore directly down Main Street!
The private guest suite (bedroom, sitting area, bathroom, closet) is in our home. Guests will enter through a private guest entrance off the home's private driveway into the well-appointed 500sq ft. suite. To note, there are stairs (7 steps) to access the space.
Outside Space
Sit on the private porch off the guest room or use the Adirondack chairs out front and watch the hustle and bustle of Main Street.

Paintings by a local artist give the room depth and interest.
European 100% wool rug throughout the suite, except for the bathroom which is tiled.
Relax and unwind in our large, well-appointed private spa bathroom featuring a large shower with two shower heads, Grown Alchemist Biological Beauty products and large plush towels.
Cozy up in the queen size antique sleigh bed layered in high-end designer bedding. Lay your head down on a variety of pillow-filled options.
The guest room offers a sun-soaked writing desk located in the bay window overlooking Main Street. If you need to work during your visit, you can request a monitor for the desk.
In room entertainment includes high speed Wi-fi, Smart TV with availability to access all your streaming apps, and a Blue-tooth enabled music player. For a blast from the past, we have a DVD player with a wide range of videos (lots of 90's movies).
