Blarney Bay located on Waneta Lakes west side is now available for 2024. This year round rental offers 124 feet of lakefront, private dock, fire pit, gazebo, swing, large yard and so much more. This home has recently went through many upgrades with the addition of some very unique finishing touches. The state boat launch is just around the corner and you are welcome to bring your boat and jet skis along. This lake house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the whole family can come along.
Step inside this newly refreshed lake home boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enter through the kitchen featuring a double oven, gas stove, dishwasher and so much more. This fully equipped kitchen will be the highlight for the chef in your group. Right off the kitchen is a large dining room that opens to the living room with comfortable new furnishings and a big screen televisions. Beyond the main living room is another gathering space with a sofa and a custom bar. Beautiful views of Waneta lake fill this space along with access to the lake facing deck. The original Blarney Bay crafted live edge bar offers a comfortable place to sip on a cocktail made with spirits from your favorite local distillery. Check out the coffee vodka from Krooked Tusker for a real treat or enjoy that glass of wine from your favorite Finger Lakes winery. This is the perfect setting to watch the big game or just relax after an adventurous day. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a perfect view of the lake. This room also connects to a newly renovated bathroom complete with a subway tile walk in shower. Furnishings include a dresser along with a television. Enter the second bedroom offering queen size accommodations, a fresh coat of beautiful bright paint as well as a television and easy access to the second newly renovated bathroom. The third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with easy access to the full bathroom. This is the perfect room for the kiddos. The star of this home is the expansive deck just outside the sliding glass doors Enjoy a spectacular sunrise with that perfect cup of coffee and plan the day ahead. With over 120 feet of lakefront and a large yard there is more than enough space for corn hole, tossing the football or playing catch. Don’t miss out on Weis Vineyards for a great tasting and a beautiful new tasting room, located about 4 miles away. Living Roots is another local favorite in Hammondsport located just a few miles away. Take a short drive into the Village of Hammondsport and enjoy The Village Tavern Restaurant. Chef Mims has created a brand new menu with a New Orleans flare that is out of this world. Maybe you want a farm to table experience at The Park Inn or just a great scoop of ice cream from Crooked Lake Ice Cream Company. Don’t forget to check out Patina for that antique shopper in your group. A day trip to Watkins Glen State Park or to Taughannock Falls is always a favorite of our guests.
