Summary: 1. First room provided was unclean. Once we notified staff, they switched room and took care of it. Minor inconvenience. 2. No room service due to holiday. Minor inconvenience but should have mentioned earlier. 3. Toilet tank was running water (not working) and no one was available from maintenance. Had to do a short fix myself for immediate attention and then maintenance came later to address it for solution. Support from staff during this time was very poor.
