You are close to everything but plenty of room to move and privacy in the larger backyard.
It boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and upper and lower decks. It sleeps 17 people in total. There is 1 common entrance and foyer that combines these two otherwise completely individual Suites: The Crown Suite, property # 1896726, and The Royal Suite property # 1903647. Each Suite is its own complete that has its own full kitchen, Dining room, Living room, gas fireplace, 4-person bar, large deck, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. There is a large outdoor firepit and a sizeable backyard.
Enjoy your favorite beverage while warming up by the gas fireplace and watching the skiers swoosh down Sunrise Ski slope viewable from most of the house. Look at the natural views in the backyard with deer and other animals while being so close to everything in the village of Ellicottville.
