Located on the beach in Bayshore Estates with miles of gorgeous sandy beach, this 2174 square foot home has 2 Master suites with adjoining full bathrooms and a third bedroom and third bathroom. Bright and breezy with entire walls of large picture windows, the home overlooks rolling grassy dunes with the ocean in the background and the Alsea Bay Bridge and river on the other. Contemporary amenities offer an effortlessly modern yet exceptionally comfortable experience.
The spacious living room allures gatherings around the floor to ceiling double sided wood burning fireplace. After you have enjoyed the beautiful sunset, relax and enjoy the views of the the lighted Alsea Bay Bridge and the town of Waldport. Or you can watch your favorite movie on the 40 inch flat screen. The living room furnishings can comfortably accommodate 12 of your favorite family members and friends and there is a cozy nook area by the fireplace which offers a space for fun and games.
The Kitchen is sufficiently appointed with all flatware for 12 and most commonly utilized small appliances to create pleasing meals. The expansive dining table can easily seat 8 with additional seating for up to 12.
Just outside, the large back patio has tables with chairs making it convenient and scenic to serve meals al fresco or just sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying stunning sunrises and sunsets. Follow the short path, and soon, your toes will be in the ocean surf.
