Hardwood floors throughout, bright open living room, breakfast area off the kitchen, and a separate study with a door for working from home. Central air and in-unit washer and dryer. Parking is rarely an issue: a one-car garage plus four off-street spaces, so five vehicles fit comfortably, with room for a boat or trailer.
OUTSIDE
Sandy beachfront steps from the door. Kayak out to Hawkins Pond. Crab off the back of the property. Grandview Nature Preserve is a short walk: three miles of undeveloped beach and marsh, and the best birding on the Peninsula. Quiet golf-cart community. Sunsets over the water most nights.
