The lower level has a living area perfect for playing games and watching TV. There is also one queen bedroom off the living area, and around the corner, another sleeping area nook with two twin bunk beds. Special to the guest house is the newly remolded backyard space complete with an outdoor kitchen, bar with ice maker, refrigerator, large built-in custom gas grilling station and dining area.
