This is a spectacular well maintained contemporary four bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home located in Aurora, New York on beautiful Cayuga Lake. Sleeps 8 comfortably plus a cot for an extra guest. This house has an open floor plan with a Main level master bedroom with bath and three bedrooms and a full bathroom located on the second floor. Absolutely gorgeous views of Cayuga Lake from nearly every room in the house. Enjoy a spectacular Aurora sunset from the patio just off the living room. Directly across the street is our beautiful level lake front for your swimming, fishing, or just relaxing enjoyment. We do suggest you bring your own beach towels and fishing poles, but this home is furnished with bath towels and bed linens and a washer and drier for your convenience.
Located on the scenic byway of State Route 90 this house is within 1 1/2 miles of Wells College, 30 miles from Cornell University and Ithaca College. Mackenzie Child's pottery studio is only a half mile away. Located on the Cayuga Wine Trail we are within a few miles of several of New York's finest wineries and Craft Beer Breweries. Both the new Del Lago Casino and the Waterloo Outlet Mall are within a short 20 minute drive.
A picturesque walk or a very short drive (1 mile) into the village will provide you access to several small shops, the Fargo Bar and Grill, and the award winning Aurora Inn.
If a college visit is in your plans we are located an easy drive from Ithaca, Geneva, Cortland, Syracuse and of course Wells College here in the Village of Aurora.
