Positive: Everything! The apartment was well equipped - it is obvious the landlord had tried to put many essential things as possible, especially in a tight kitchen space. In way it worked but could be slightly annoying due to space constaints. But this is not a complaint, this is just an observation. It literally is equipped with kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, fridge etc. The sofa bed was pretty spacious, i was concerned at the beginning and wondered if it would be comfortable for my kids - it was. The bathroom was clean and tidy and good hot water pressure. Thanks probably to previous lodgers, there was a lot of necessities that we could use, like salt/pepper, oil, some marinades etc. The apartment is a 10 mins drive to Borovets ski slope and 3 mins drive to Yastrobets. If you have a car, the places are easily accessible. The person managing on behalf of the landlord was contactable at all times, she responds to your queries and help to resolve any issues. We would simply come back here again!
Negative: the only thing that wasnt clear is that the hotel facilities (like swimming pool) is a chargeable service. Swimming icon is listed as part of this apartment, which meant it is available and accessible and yes it is, but you have to pay for it. I think this needs to be made clearer. Addditional pots/oven trays could be handy. But again, these are not the reasons of not to book this place - its def worth booking.
