This immaculate 4 bedroom 3 bath home has everything you need for a relaxing dream vacation. Just 5 miles from Disney, it's close proximity to theme parks and attractions is unmatched. This clean and well maintained house in the exclusive Windsor Palms gated community features 2 master bedrooms, each with their own king bed and flat screen tv. The two other bedrooms have a Frozen theme with two twin beds and a Roku smart tv, and a Mickey Mouse theme with a twin over full bunk bed and Roku smart tv. These two rooms share a Mickey Mouse themed bathroom.
This villa offers a south facing fully screened private pool and hot tub. There's a covered lanai with a ceiling fan and patio table and chairs. Immaculately maintained landscape surrounding the pool offers privacy from neighbors.
This spacious home has an open floor plan with a relaxing sitting area containing a sectional sofa, coffee table, and flat screen tv. A dining area offers a place to enjoy meals, and a morning cup of coffee. The updated kitchen offers granite countertops, a large island, and updated stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Additional features include a game room with arcade basketball, shuffleboard, ping pong table, and foosball; free wifi and local calls; and free hot tub heat year round. Guest bookings for the months of November through early April will also receive free pool heat (pool heat is turned off during late Spring and Summer season as the weather is so hot). The clubhouse is just around the corner, which includes: video games, movie theater, full court basketball, tennis/pickle ball, beach sand volleyball, fitness center, sundry shop, tiki bar, splash pad, playground, and picnic tables and grill.
Just opened within two miles is a brand new Walmart shopping and grocery center, with gas station, that is very easy to get in and out of. Our home is perfectly located very close to all of the major theme parks in the area. Also brand new to the area is a great winery called Island Grove Wine Company - with spectacular food, wine, and outside dining, and Margaritaville Resort and Waterpark!
