HB Rustic Retreat is like having your own private 36 acre campground with all the amenities you will need and all the comforts of home.
Cook outside on the flat top grill or cook inside on our propane stove/oven. We provide cooking and drinking water. Pots, pans, utensils, paper products and more. All you need to bring is your food and drink.
We provide towels, bedding, pillows and 5 additional recliner chairs and 1 couch.
We have Kayaking, fishing, swimming, horseshoes, yard games, cookouts, campfires (firewood provided), walking trails and more. Relax and enjoy sitting outside on our large covered deck or on the dock over the pond.
You won’t want to leave the property but if you want to tour the area….We are a 9 minute drive to Watkins Glen, 9 minutes to Corning NY and 7min to Watkins Glen International Racetrack.

The cabin consists of a large living area complete with air conditioner, couch, (5) recliner chairs, television, breakfast table, island bar, and kitchen area.
The kitchen consists of a stove and 2 mini refrigerators, complete with coffee maker, microwave, crockpot, air fryer, and toaster, pots, pans, utensils and more. For barbecuing, we have an outdoor barbecue grill and a flat top grill.
Two bedrooms have 2 sets of bunk beds in each room. With 8 single (bunk) beds, 1 couch and 5 recliner chairs, up to 12 guests can rest comfortably.
The indoor bathroom has a stand up shower, sink and toilet. There are also two additional outhouses.
All water for sinks/showers are filtered from our spring fed pond. (Note: the cabin water is pond fed and not for drinking)
“WATER” for Drinking/cooking/Coffee is provided.
A Smart TV is provided. It receives approximately 21 local channels from a roof top digital antennas. A Blue Ray DVD player is also provided. We also provide a gaming console which although modern, contains over 100 old school video games, such as PAC Man and Donkey Kong.
HB’s Rustic Retreat is off grid and powered by Solar Power with backup generator for cloudy days.
Cellular service/hot spots may be available with our cellular booster.
