Plenty of space for a family or a group. Includes finished basement with mini fridge, home gym, and a nice deck.
There are 4 bedrooms (king, queen, and twin beds in 3, one has floor space for an air mattress) that sleep 7 total. We will have a queen size air mattress available. 11-12 people could sleep comfortably in the house including couches, loveseat, and futon.
Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. There are two 4-person tables and an island with 2 seats in the kitchen/dining area, so 10 people could sit down to eat.
There is a finished basement with 4-person table, TV, couch, loveseat, futon, and mini-fridge. There is also a home gym which you are welcome to use.
Enjoy relaxing on the deck and eating some grilled food!
4 vehicles can park in the driveway and there is additional parking on the street for free. Depending on the weekend, there may be garage space available for 1 or 2 cars.
CATA bus stop is .5 miles away or you can hitch a taxi, Uber, or Lyft to Beaver Stadium, campus, or downtown State College.
Those with allergies: We make sure the house is very clean before you arrive and they will not be there, but please note that we do have 2 short-haired cats.
