This place has a huge yard, front porch, is near all that Des Moines has to offer while enjoying peace & quiet when at home! Convenient amenities include a smart tv, wifi, and a shared washer and dryer in the unit (shared by downstair guests). Plush queen beds in each bedroom. Large living room. Newly remodeled bathroom. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are very close to Sam's Club, Walmart, Hy-Vee grocery store, Waveland Golf Course, Target, and Merle Hay Mall
Main level of the home plus basement for laundry
This is mainly a single-level home. All rooms are on the main level, however the laundry is in the basement. In this unit, you'll find a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub. All three bedroom have queen beds.
Easy and quick car ride (or Uber/Lyft) to anywhere in the city. Parking is in the driveway.
You will have access to the main level of this unit, with the washer and dryer in the basement and is shared with the lower unit. Guests from both units have access to the washer/dryer but they do not have access to each other's unit.
